Singers, if you are in either of the two adult choirs, or are considering it, you may take advantage of the free vocal delivery/theory class we are offering every Tuesday and Thursday evening, one half hour before rehearsal begins. Jim Wagner has had many years of successful experience working with various arrangements of voices, and will be continuing to teach the class. The goal for this class is to help each of the choirs develop and maintain an excellent sound within their style.
As we build our Praise Band program, we are inviting more musicians to participate. You have probably noticed a few new faces on the stage for 10 o’clock worship. In 2010, we have initiated a new rotating schedule for band musicians who want to play on Sunday morning. These guys all work really hard for the weeks they are scheduled to play. Whenever you get a chance, let each of them know how much you appreciate their dedication!
Kids’ Choir is now officially called “Psalm 89:1 Kids’ Choir.” Thanks to the continued support of
parents who dedicate their time to assist on Wednesday evenings. There are a lot of cool things coming up for this group in the next few months!
